Intelligence evolves.
Control should, too.

LEOS is developing AI governance infrastructure for accountable actions, trusted information, governed memory, and controlled system change.

01 / THE LEOS PORTFOLIO

One architecture.
Many paths to value.

Our patent application portfolio addresses multiple points of trust across the AI lifecycle. Components are being developed for focused use and supported combinations, opening different paths for pilots, integration, and licensing.

EXPLORE THE DEVELOPMENT PORTFOLIOChoose an area
DEVELOPMENT AREA / 01

What information can AI rely on—and who may receive it?

Connect source information to its provenance and permitted use. Support evidence-grounded outputs and controlled access to sensitive information.

POTENTIAL APPLICATIONS

Enterprise knowledge, evidence review, and permission-aware information sharing.

VALUE TO EVALUATE

Clearer support for outputs and more deliberate disclosure boundaries.

Discuss an integration opportunity

These areas describe the scope of LEOS’s development work. Implementation and readiness vary by capability; each deployment requires its own validation.

02 / INTERACTIVE EXPLORER

Put the boundary
to the test.

Introduce a problem, inspect the decision, then correct it. Explore three different points of control across the LEOS portfolio.

LEOS / SCENARIO LABSynthetic demonstration

THE BUSINESS SITUATION

A service prepares to release an internal operational report.

What must remain true: The specific release needs current permission.

1. Choose the condition

STARTING POINT

An approved report awaits release. Its permission is current.

Candidate under review

PROPOSED OPERATION

Release the approved report to the operations team.

3. INSPECT THE DECISION

Not evaluated

Choose a condition, then evaluate it. Changing the condition clears the previous result.

  • —Permission is currentPending
  • —Report matches the approved versionPending
  • —Recipient is within scopePending

WHY IT MATTERS

An approval from earlier in the workflow should not silently authorize a later action after its conditions change.

Illustrative scenarios show intended behavior only. They do not run the proprietary engine, disclose its implementation, establish patent scope, or demonstrate production security or performance.

USE CASE / MEMORY & DATA LIFECYCLE

Preserve useful memory.
Reduce accumulated overhead.

LEOS Technologies is developing governed memory and data capabilities to address a growing source of technical debt: the cost of retaining, retrieving, and repeatedly processing accumulated system history.

Our approach brings together compact data representations, recoverable supporting evidence, and controls for determining whether stored information remains appropriate for current use.

The goal is to help organizations:

01 / USEFUL MEMORY

Maintain useful memory

as information, permissions, and operating conditions change.

02 / LESS REDUNDANCY

Reduce redundant storage and processing

while preserving required evidence and recovery paths.

03 / FOCUSED REVALIDATION

Focus revalidation on affected information

when dependencies change.

04 / ACCOUNTABLE CHANGE

Support system modernization

with clear records of what changed, what was preserved, and what remains valid.

DEVELOPMENT-STAGE RESULTS

Early LEOS prototypes have demonstrated exact reconstruction of tested data exports and reduced processing costs against earlier LEOS implementations in selected synthetic workloads.

These are development-stage results. Production performance, broader meaning preservation, and total operating savings remain to be validated for each intended deployment.

Discuss a memory and data lifecycle evaluation.

03 / PILOT PROGRAM

Start with a workflow.
Build toward a platform.

Our first proposed pilot evaluates governed execution and change in a nonclinical operational report or data-processing workflow. We also welcome scoping conversations across the portfolio, based on partner need and implementation readiness.

FIRST ENTRY POINT / CONTROLLED EXECUTION + CHANGE

CONTROLLED EXECUTION

Authorize the exact action.

Evaluate whether a specific operation proceeds only under current authority, with clear evidence of acceptance and outcome.

GOVERNED CHANGE

Improve within the boundaries.

Evaluate a bounded report, query, or data transformation against requirements that must survive the change.

01

Define the boundary

Select a workflow, identify the operating and technical owners, and agree what must remain true.

02

Evaluate controlled changes

Test authorized changes, stale permissions, lost exceptions, refusal, and recovery in an agreed environment.

03

Measure and decide

Compare correctness, review effort, total operating cost, and integration burden. Decide whether to expand, revise, or stop.

Pilot scope, fees, access, and acceptance criteria are agreed before work begins. Live effects require a separate readiness decision.

DEVELOPMENT UPDATE · OCTOBER 19, 2026

Expanded testing.
Reviewable evidence.

LEOS Technologies has completed an updated local demonstration package and expanded testing of its approach to governed AI memory and controlled actions.

Our latest work includes longer-running synthetic evaluations and independent review of the recorded evidence and demonstration package.

We are examining both whether the controls behave as intended and what they cost to operate. These remain development-stage results; production performance and customer savings have not been established.

PARTNERS & INVESTORS

Your starting point.
A shared ambition.

Potential commercial paths include focused component integrations, licensing, and broader governance infrastructure. A partner can begin with a relevant problem in information, action, memory, assurance, or change; scope and expansion depend on demonstrated value.

ENTERPRISE TEAMS

Evaluate a real workflow.

Start with a defined operational problem, an accountable owner, and outcomes your team can measure.

Start with

A pilot scope, evidence requirements, and a decision point.

Discuss a pilot

TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS

Find the right integration.

Explore where governance, memory, or assurance could complement your existing product or infrastructure.

STRATEGIC INVESTORS

Examine the opportunity.

Review the portfolio thesis and a proposed business built around component licensing, integrations, and governed infrastructure.

Start with

A discussion of evidence milestones, execution needs, and commercialization.

Build evidence. Establish value. Expand deliberately.

The proposed path is a scoped evaluation, followed by a license or service agreement where results support adoption. Commercial terms are developed with each partner.

THE COMPANY

Built around a
practical question:
Who stays in control?

Kevin Freels, MD

LEOS brings that questioning mindset to AI infrastructure: what supports an action, who can authorize it, and what must survive when the system changes?
