PILOT DISCUSSION SUMMARY

A focused pilot for governed AI change.

A first entry point into the broader LEOS portfolio: evaluate governed execution and change in one nonclinical operational report or data-processing workflow.

The question to test

Can a specific change proceed under current authority, preserve agreed requirements, and produce evidence the partner can independently inspect?

What the partner provides

  • A workflow owner and technical lead
  • A defined report, query, or data-processing task
  • An approved evaluation environment and baseline
  • Requirements, exceptions, and permitted actions

What we evaluate

  • Controlled execution: exact-operation authorization, acceptance, and outcome evidence
  • Governed change: bounded transformation and preservation of required distinctions
  • Stale authority, changed candidates, lost exceptions, and recovery
  • Total cost, review effort, correctness, and integration burden

Proposed deliverables

  • A jointly agreed pilot charter and acceptance criteria
  • A scoped implementation and evaluation record
  • Documented failures, unresolved results, and limits
  • An expand, revise, or stop recommendation

Development status and boundaries

LEOS has development specifications and local demonstrations. Independent partner validation and production readiness are separate milestones. No universal safety, optimization, or savings claim is made. Pilot fees, access, data handling, and success criteria require written agreement. Live effects are outside the initial evaluation unless separately authorized after readiness review.

Start with a scoping conversation.
